Introducing the Sandshrew Character Ball. Sandshrew curls into the familiar capture-ball silhouette here, with its plated back and small claws extending just beyond the 70 mm core to give the design its compact, recognisable shape.
Sandshrew is Pokédex entry #027, a Ground type first introduced in Generation I. Its armadillo-like design features a small yellow body with a tan segmented underbelly and three-clawed feet. It can curl into a tight ball for protection and rolls to escape predators. The Alolan Sandshrew is an Ice and Steel type with a white icy exterior. It evolves into Sandslash.
This Character Ball is 3D printed in Australia from eco-friendly PLA. Real weight, solid build and a click button feature built in. Made to order in your choice of colour.
Each design is built around a 70 mm core ball, with the character elements branching out from there. The central button clicks when pressed, making it a subtle desktop fidget toy as well as a display piece.
Each Sandshrew Character Ball is multi-colour 3D printed, not painted. The colours are part of the print, so they won’t chip, flake or peel over time. It’s made to be displayed, handled and enjoyed.

This helps prevent damage during transit. A small amount of super glue is required for final attachment. This is minimal assembly and part of protecting detailed 3D printed designs during shipping. We are happy to accept returns on all products within 30 days of purchase, for any reason. Whether it’s a change of mind or another reason, we’ve got you covered! Please note that for change-of-mind returns, the cost of shipping the item back is at the customer’s expense.
