These Terms of Service govern your use of The 3D Print Smiths website and any purchases made through it. By using our site, you confirm that you are over 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to make purchases.

The 3D Print Smiths reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

The 3D Print Smiths offers 3D printed toys, collectables, display pieces and related products. While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images, 3D printing is an additive manufacturing process and minor cosmetic variations such as layer lines or slight colour differences may occur between prints. These are a natural characteristic of the process and are not considered defects.

All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Promotional offers and discounts are valid for the specified period and cannot be applied retroactively.

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging your order. This does not constitute acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will notify you and offer an alternative or issue a full refund.

We offer tracked shipping within Australia and internationally. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Made-to-order products such as dragons and custom items may require additional production time before dispatch.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. The 3D Print Smiths is not responsible for customs duties or import taxes that may be incurred on international orders.

We accept returns on standard (non-custom) products within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is in its original, unused and resaleable condition. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at the customer's expense.

Made-to-order products including dragons, custom colour orders and bespoke designs are not eligible for change-of-mind returns once production has begun, consistent with Australian Consumer Law for custom manufactured goods.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a free replacement.

All original content on The 3D Print Smiths website, including text, images, logos and original designs created by The 3D Print Smiths, is our property and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The 3D Print Smiths is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a product purchase is limited to the amount paid for that product.
