Where we create products from 3d models, files or designs held by other creators, we hold a commercial license to produce and sell these items. The ownership of those OBJ, STL, 3MF and other files remains with the original model creators, and we produce them in compliance with our licensing agreements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The 3D Print Smiths is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability for any claim related to the purchase of a product is limited to the amount paid for that product.
