3. How long does it take to print an item?
The print time varies based on the size and complexity of the model. While smaller items may only take a few hours, larger or more intricate designs can require up to a full day to complete.
Unlike many other 3D printing businesses, we stock the majority of our prints rather than printing on demand. This approach allows us to ship your new product as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch your order within 24-48 hours, ensuring you receive your item promptly.

Yes, we offer custom print jobs! You can provide a 3D model, or we can assist with designing one for you. Contact us with your idea, and we’ll discuss the possibilities and pricing for your custom order.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Send us photos of the damage, and we’ll arrange a free replacement. In some cases, we may ask for the damaged item to be returned, depending on the situation.
While we strive to deliver high-quality prints, please note that 3D printing is not an exact science. Some small cosmetic defects, such as minor layer lines, may occur due to the nature of the process. These are usually minor and do not affect the functionality of the product.
Durability depends on the material and design. For toys and fidget items, our prints are durable for normal handling, but they may not withstand heavy or rough use. If you need something particularly robust, please let us know, and we can recommend a stronger material.
We accept returns on all products within 30 days of purchase. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping. If we are at fault, such as in cases of damaged or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping and issue a free replacement.
We ship worldwide, including Australia, Europe, America, and Asia. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
