All products are printed to order. Most orders are produced and dispatched within 24-48 hours. Made-to-order items such as dragons and custom designs may require up to 48 hours of production time (printing, heat treatment and quality inspection) before dispatch.

Free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $40. Orders under $40 are charged at the rate calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Typical Australia Post Parcel Post delivery windows in business days, dispatched from postcode 3691 (Tangambalanga, regional VIC). Actual times may vary with weather, holidays and carrier delays.

Next-business-day delivery is available within the Australia Post Express Post network. Outside that network, Express Post operates as the fastest available service, typically 1-3 business days to east-coast metro areas and longer to remote areas.

We ship worldwide. International shipping costs and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. All international orders include tracking.

Every order is shipped with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package from our workshop to your door.

All items are securely packaged for safe transit. Fragile and intricate products receive additional protective packaging. If your item arrives damaged despite our packaging, contact us within 30 days for a free replacement. See our Returns and Refund Policy for details.
