Standard products: 30-day change-of-mind returns. Damaged items: free replacement. Made-to-order products: covered by Australian Consumer Law.

Standard Products

We accept returns on standard (non-custom) products within 14 days of delivery. If you change your mind, the product must be returned in its original, unused and resaleable condition with all parts and packaging included.

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at the customer's expense.

Made-to-Order & Custom Products

All dragons, custom colour orders and bespoke designs are printed specifically for each customer. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges on made-to-order products once printing has begun. This is consistent with Australian Consumer Law provisions for custom manufactured goods.

Before you order: Please review your colour, size and specification selections carefully. If you have questions about a product before ordering, contact us and we will help you choose.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement at no cost to you.

To make a claim:

  1. Email service@3dprintsmiths.com.au with your order number, a brief description of the issue and clear photos of the damaged item.
  2. We will review your claim and arrange a replacement. In some cases we may request the damaged item be returned, handled on a case-by-case basis.

This applies to both standard and made-to-order products. If we made it and it arrived damaged or faulty, we will make it right regardless of the product type.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of the return being received and inspected. For replacements, the replacement item is dispatched as soon as the claim is approved.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If a product has a minor fault, we will repair or replace it within a reasonable time.
