Returns Policy – The 3D Print Smiths

At The 3D Print Smiths, your satisfaction is our priority! We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’re here to help with any issues you may have. Below are the details of our returns policy.

 

30-Day Returns

We are happy to accept returns on all products within 30 days of purchase, for any reason. Whether it’s a change of mind or another reason, we’ve got you covered! Please note that for change of mind returns, the cost of shipping the item back is at the customer’s expense. However, if we’re at fault (for example, you’ve received a damaged product or the wrong item), return shipping will be covered by us.

 

Change of Mind Returns

If you simply change your mind, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be securely packed to ensure it is returned in original and re-saleable condition.
  • The product/s must not be opened, used, worn, damaged, or marked in any way.
  • All accessories, parts, and anything else included with the product must be returned.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care in packaging our products, but if you receive a damaged item, please notify us in writing within 24 hours of delivery or collection from your post office.

Here’s how to make a claim:

  1. Email us at service@3dprintsmiths.com.au with your order number, details of the issue, and photos of the damaged item.
  2. We will arrange a completely free replacement. In some cases, we may request that the damaged item be returned, but this is handled on a case-by-case basis.

Please ensure that the item is securely packed for any return so it doesn’t incur further damage in transit.
