Introducing the Dratini Character Ball. Dratini coils into the familiar capture-ball silhouette here, with its smooth body and subtle details extending beyond the 70 mm core to give the design its clean, recognisable shape.
Dratini is Pokédex entry #147, a Dragon type first introduced in Generation I as the first obtainable Dragon type in the franchise. Its small serpentine blue body with a cream underbelly, tiny white horn and blue orb on its forehead give it a deceptively delicate appearance for the beginning of such a powerful evolutionary line. In the original games, Dratini was famously difficult to obtain, requiring Game Corner coins or patience fishing in the Safari Zone.
This Character Ball is 3D printed in Australia from eco-friendly PLA. Real weight, solid build and a click button feature built in. Made to order in your choice of colour.
Each design is built around a 70 mm core ball, with the character elements branching out from there. The central button clicks when pressed, making it a subtle desktop fidget toy as well as a display piece.
Each Dratini Character Ball is multi-colour 3D printed, not painted. The colours are part of the print, so they won’t chip, flake or peel over time. It’s made to be displayed, handled and enjoyed.
Design Note: This Character Ball is a fixed display model and does not open.

Assembly & Transit Protection Notice: For models with finer or extended details (such as tips, wings, tails or other protruding elements), some small parts may be packaged separately. This helps prevent damage during transit. A small amount of super glue is required for final attachment. This is minimal assembly and part of protecting detailed 3D printed designs during shipping. Instructions can be provided on request.
